  1. 2022expansion

    A further pellet plant expansion at Vielsalm adding 70,000 tonnes per year of capacity was due to start operating at the end of 2022, fed by the group's own sawmill by-products and dried with heat from the biomass cogeneration plant.

  2. 2019expansion

    In March 2019 IBV presented a 60 million euro expansion covering a new wood fired cogeneration unit, an additional pellet line, 14 timber drying kilns, a debarking and stacking line and two storage halls, expected to create about 50 jobs.

  3. 2008expansion

    In the year before March 2009 the company added three new units at a cost of 90 million euro, including a pellet plant of 150,000 tonnes per year, a planing and drying line and a biomass cogeneration plant of about 17 megawatts.
