    A cross laminated timber plant costing about 40 million dollars was built next to the sawmill between November 2019 and October 2020, with a main building 161 by 60 metres on a five hectare site.

    A completely new sawmill line was installed in 2016 as the largest of a series of capital projects at the site since 2004 covering kilns, scanners, acoustic grading and timber treatment.
