    Owner ULK Group stopped all of its wood pellet production, some 300,000 tonnes per year, and planned to cut lumber output by 600,000 cubic metres in 2023 after EU sanctions closed its export markets.

    In March 2018 a small diameter timber processing plant for 900,000 cubic metres of sawlogs per year and a pellet plant of 150,000 tonnes per year were ceremonially opened at the site.
