    A new planing mill costing 80 million Swedish kronor was inaugurated at Tunadal on 31 October 2018, more than doubling planing capacity and adding a new raw material intake, splitting line and packaging line.

    SCA decided in 2014 to invest 500 million Swedish kronor in a single new saw line replacing three lines aged 26 to 41 years, and the new line started up in autumn 2016 lifting capacity from about 500,000 to 540,000 cubic metres of sawn timber per year.
