    Stora Enso announced on 11 February 2022 an investment of 9 million euro in an automated cross laminated timber coating line at Ybbs, with capacity for about 500,000 square metres of CLT walls and floors per year and completion planned for the third quarter of 2023.

    In 2001 Stora Enso took over all shares of the Schweighofer sawmilling company from the Schweighofer Foundation, transferring the Austrian and Czech sawmills including Ybbs to Stora Enso.
